Robocop represents another movie icon of the 80s and a Robocop costume will definitely make you stand out in any crowd of Trick or Treaters this Halloween. Since it is an older movies, eighties costumes like these may be hard to find. Your best bet is probably an online search as it may not be something very many stores would carry. A robocop costume is silver and shiny. He is a robot, basically so that is the look you’re going for. He also wears a full silver helmet with a visor that comes down over his eyes.

This is a classic movie and was a real purple patch for the director Paul Verhoeven. He went on the make Total Recall, which is another classic. Wearing a Robocop costume is quite a commitment, much like a knight costume, but it is well worth it for the looks on people faces and the attention you will get.

Robocop was the coolest superhero back when I was a kid. One of the first of movies of the robot genre. Makes a fantastic Halloween costume. Any kid that’s seen the movie would love it. Thanks for bringing back great memories.
