Michael Jackson Costume Ideas and his Unique Style!
With the passing of this pop star icon so recently, there will likely be many costumes depicting his unique style this Halloween. If you were a fan and think that this might be a choice for you, here are some Michael Jackson costumes to help you out. There should be lots of choice available to purchase online and in costume stores, both for full costumes and individual accessories to finish off an outfit for yourself.
Michael Jackson had lots of different looks that he was famous for. Probably the most well known was his Thriller look. This thriller costumes includes the famous red jacket and pants with the black vee trim on the front and bottom. The look is finished off with white socks, black shoes and a single white glove. For this look you’ll also need to buy some face paint and a black wig.

Another popular costume for the pop king is the Billie Jean look. For this outfit you’ll need to find black shiny pants, jacket and shirt that come with silver sequins. The glove that goes with this outfit was shiny and silver instead of white. Oh, and don’t forget to add the silver sequined socks as well!
A third is the is the Michael Jackson beat it costume look. This look is a bit of a combination of the above two, using both red and black as the basic colors. There isn’t the glitz and shine to this outfit though. The pants are black leather and are worn with a graphic tee and red belt. To finish the look he wears a red leather jacket with lots of zippers and some silver trim on the front. In his performance of this song Jackson did not wear a glove, but you could certainly add one to your costume if you wanted to!
With so many looks to choose from, it won’t be hard to come up with more Michael Jackson costume ideas than you could ever use!

Without a doubt, a Michael Jackson costume is going to sell like crazy this year. Even if you don’t decide on wearing this costume it will be a great keepsake idea to remember the king of pop.

Amy,
Yes I agree with you as we tend to give credit to people after they are gone however Michael was always a star and popular with people of all ages.

Wow, that mask is kind of creepy – like a cross between the scream mask and the kind of make up they wear at a kabuki play.

I guess that’s the price of fame. All icons end up as Halloween masks and outfits eventually. At least that’s one thing I don’t have to worry about myself.
I’ve seen a few Michael Jackson costumes online. Some are more flattering than others. That’s quite a neat mask that you feature on this page. It’s obviously MJ, but in a spooky Halloween kind of way. Cool.
